CHESTER,SC–Andre Williams says councilman Odell Williams threatened him repeatedly and now SLED is investigating.
A police report from Monday night’s City Council meeting says the councilman told the chief he didn’t like him.
The chief says the councilman also told him he could “take him out,” and reportedly used racial slur’s several times.
The chief says the councilman told him he wasn’t afraid to die and indicated he had a gun.
There’s no word on what prompted the alleged run-in.
