CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte-Meckenburg Superintendent Dr. Heath Morrison is preparing to unveil his budget proposal for the coming school year.
He’s talking to WCCB News Rising’s Terrance Bates about the potential of a teacher pay raise.
Morrison also says the priorities are lining up with the priorities in the strategic plan and include teacher compensation, advocacy for new programs, and student support.
