NEW YORK (AP) — The U.S. has been chosen to host the men’s and women’s FIBA Americas under-18 championships this summer at USA Basketball’s training center in Colorado Springs, Colo. The top four teams in each tournament will qualify for the 2015 FIBA under-19 world championships. Three-time Olympic gold medalist Dawn Staley, now the coach of South Carolina, will lead the women.
