ROWAN COUNTY, NC — We’re following a developing story from Rowan County about the search for a teen wanted for posting nude pics on Instagram. Landis police are looking for 18-year-old Peter Kiver. We’re told Kiver was supposed to turn himself into the Rowan County Magistrate’s office at 6 o’clock tonight. Kiver never showed.
