ROCK HILL, S.C. — Police say they arrested a man for assaulting his girlfriend at an apartment complex in Rock Hill.
Investigators say the victim had a knot on her head and swelling on her face. She accused 28-year-old Stanford White of punching her several times, choking her and dragging her through the mud.
White has been charged with criminal domestic violence and trespassing.
