ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. — A teenager accused of posting nude photos of underage girls on Instagram is now charged with cyberstalking. Eighteen-year-old Peter Kiever faced a judge in Rowan County Monday. He also faces 14 felony counts of exploitation of a child. Kiever is the son of Brian Kiever, who is running for Rowan County Sheriff. The candidate told WCCB he has no comment on his son’s arrest.
