Β Meet the Project Halo Pet of the Week, Nyssa! Β This one-year-old pit bull has never met a person or dog that she doesn’t adore. Β Nyssa was impounded after a police raid at her previous home where she was chained to a plastic kennel, while pregnant, with no sign of food or water. Β She was rescued by Project Halo two weeks later and has had eleven beautiful puppies. Β Nyssa has heartworms, but is currently being treated. Β She has also been spayed and is ready for her new home! Β Please consider adoption!
