CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police are on the scene of a fatal accident in southwest Charlotte. The accident happened on West Tyvola Road and South Tryon Street. According to Medic, one person died at the scene and another person was transported to Carolinas Medical Center main with life threatening injuries.Β
