FORT MILL, S.C. — Authorities have identified the victim that was killed after a traffic accident on Dobys Bridge Road in York County. The York County Coroner’s Office says, 36-year-old Jaclyn Pobiega, of Fort Mill, died at the scene on Tuesday.Β
