The Cabarrus County Extension Master Gardener Volunteer Assoc. proudly presents the 9th Annual Spring Herb & Plant Festival on Sat., April 12, 2014. This festival signals the arrival of Spring in our growing area! Scheduled from 8am to 4pm, RAIN or SHINE. Festival is located at the Piedmont Farmers Market facility, 518 Winecoff School Road, Concord, NC 28027. Over 75 vendors/artisans/growers will be offering herbs, flowers, plants, pottery, birdhouses, metal works & woodworking, foods, soaps, local honey, and much, much more. David Goforth, Extension Agent, and the Cabarrus County Master Gardeners will be on hand to answer questions about gardening. Proceeds from the Master Gardeners booth go to a grant fund.
