Charlotte is the fifth most sprawling big metro area in the entire U.S.! At least, according to one advocacy group. They say sprawl isn’t good, because it leads to poor health, poor air quality, and traffic issues. And while residents are fueling sprawl, the city is doing a lot to develop Uptown. So we’re asking you guys: should the city grow up or out?
