Β MATTHEWS, N.C. — A Silver Alert has been issued by the N.C. Center for Missing Person’s for 17-year-old Keith Christopher Flack.Β
Flack is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment, and walks with a slight limp.Β
Flack, a black male with black hair, was last seen wearing a gray shirt, gray shorts, white socks with blue and black shoes.
He was last seen at 2304 Wineberry Court in Matthews, N.C.Β
