LINCOLNTON, N.C. — A Lincoln County man has been arrested on child sexual assault charges.
Ricardo Miguel Magallanes, 32, was arrested Friday and charged with two counts of first degree sexual offense.
The Sheriff’s Office was notified about the incidents by DSS. The assaults happened at the home of an 11-year-old girl. Magallanes is a friend of the family.
Police say more charges are expected in the case.
