CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Police have identified the pedestrian seriously injured in a hit and run in the 5200 block of Albemarle Road just before 10:30 p.m. Saturday night.
Tonia Marie Payne is in serious condition today at Carolina’s Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
