Edge on Demand: Are the Feds Setting Up E-Cigs for a Sin Tax?

This video is no longer available.

Β Vaping, e-hookas, electronic cigarettes. Β Whatever you call them, these things are getting very popular. Β There are vape bars opening up everywhere, and at the risk of sounding like your grampa, all the kids are doing it these days. Β And until now, doing it without any government oversight. Β Until now.

Wednesday, the feds proposed new rules that would regulate e-cigs. Β Things like preventing sales to kids under 18, ending free samples, and requiring warnings about nicotine in the e-juice. Β

So are the feds really looking out for us, or are they just setting up the vaping business for a sin tax?
