LINCOLNTON, N.C. –Jeffery Anders will face a judge today on Second Degree Murder charges for the Murder of his brother, Rickey Anders. Anders is being held at the Harven A. Crouse Detention Center under a $750,000 secured bond.
The brothers got into a heated argument on Broad River Lane around 5:30p.m. Thursday that lead to shots being fired. Rickey Anders died at the scene from a gunshot wound to the head.
This is the first murder of 2014 in Lincoln County. The investigation is still ongoing.
