MOORESVILLE, N.C. — Elliot Smith, 45, was arrested and charged with six counts of Felony Breaking and Entering and six counts of Larceny after Breaking and Entering.
The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office was investigating three recent break ins at Mallard Head Country Club and Twin Oaks Golf Course when they received a tip on Friday.
Smith was arrested Saturday morning on outstanding warrants and received an $8,000 secured bond. Smith is at the Iredell County Detention Center awaiting trial.
