Β After a weekend for the story to marinate, everybody’s sounding off about Clippers owner Donald Sterling’s racist comments. Β The remarks happened during an argument with Sterling’s girlfriend, who happens to be half black and half Latino, over her posting pictures of “certain people” on Instagram. Β Certain people who are black. Β All of it caught on a voice recording that came out Friday. Β Since then, league players have protested, and the team has lost some sponsors.
So should the league boot Sterling for his comments? Β Or let him say what he wants?
