LINCOLN COUNTY, N.C. — Police arrested a Lincoln County man for allegedly taking indecent liberties with a minor.Β
Timothy Belton, 26, is accused of inappropriately touching a 13-year-old girl who was visiting his home.Β
Belton has been charged with one felony count of taking indecent liberties with a child.Β He was given a $10,000 bond.
