LINCOLNTON, N.C. — Police arrested a Lincoln County man for possessing illegal prescription drugs.Β Investigators say Larry Dycus was driving his vehicle at a high rate of speed on Highway 27 West before he was pulled over by police.Β
Dycus gave police consent to search his vehicle.Β Officials say they found 100 Hydrocodone pills that were not prescribed to Dycus.Β He was charged with trafficking opium.Β He was given a $5,000 bond.
