UNDATED (AP) β The Penguins and Rangers have made the trip from Pittsburgh to New York for tonight’s third game of their Eastern Conference Stanley Cup semifinal. The Pens evened the series up last night with a 3-0 win. In tonight’s other game the Ducks are playing host to the Kings in Game 2 of their Western semifinal. The Kings won the opening game 3-2 in overtime.
TALLADEGA, Ala. (AP) β The winner of the accident-marred Aaron’s 499 NASCAR race yesterday was Denny Hamlin. He is the eighth winner in 10 races this season. The victory is the 24th of Hamlin’s NASCAR career.
