CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Celebrating Mother’s Day for daughters becomes more special as the years go by. Charlotte Parent Magazine Editor, Eve White is taking a different approach this year with mother-daughter outings.
She recommends taking mom out which requires no advance planning and is great for mother-daughter bonding. Eve recommends squeezing in a matinee movie or to spend a morning at the Flea market and see who can get the best $10 treasure.
She also recommends taking mom to a pottery or painting class, doing lunch with window shopping to follow, or taking a tour at the Mint Museum.
