LENOIR, N.C. — Police say community complaints helped them arrest two convicted felons for having guns. Β
Investigators say they searched a home on Walt Arney Road on Monday and found three firearms and drug paraphernalia. Β
Julius McGuire and Kristen Neumann are both convicted felons and are forbidden from possessing firearms. Β They have been charged with one count of possessing a firearm by a convicted felon. Β
Police say anyone with information related to illegal narcotics violations or any other criminal activity is asked to contact the Lenoir Police Department at 828-757-2100.
