Naturally JAZZED Concert

On Friday, July 18, 2014 Hair 180one space° will be hosting a Naturally JAZZED Concert in the Charlotte Scottish Rites Temple, a 900+ seat venue located in the Cotswold Area of South Charlotte. Naturally JAZZED will feature an eclectic compilation of jazz genres all under one roof for the jazz enthusiast‘s listening pleasure. Naturally JAZZED will showcase local artists as well as featured performances by renowned violinist Daniel D and his urban instrumentalist band, Adrian Crutchfield and Calvin Edwards Trio. Each artist‘s incredible stage presence, competence and musical arrangements have drawn noteworthy attention and acalades nationally and internationally. Concert attendees will not only get to experience the melodic sounds and talents of local and international jazz artists, they will also have the opportunity to experience the gifts and talents of over 20 local entrepreneurs in a separate setting adjacent to the auditorium. As an Ambassador for the Susan G. Komen Foundation, Nikki Rushing, CEO/Founder of Hair 180one space°, will utilize the Naturally JAZZED Concert as a means to raise breast health awareness and provide financial support to said foundation along with a venue for persons to donate a night of jazz to a breast cancer survivor. One of the aims of the Naturally Jazzed Concert is to have, at minimum, 100 breast cancer survivors in the audience as a result of the kind acts of local companies or individuals who have chosen to donate a general admission ticket to celebrate survivorship or in memory of a loved one who lost his/her battle with breast cancer. Hair 180one space° will donate a portion of the proceeds from the Naturally JAZZED Concert to the Susan G. Komen Foundation(Komen Charlotte) to support ongoing breast cancer education, services, research and treatment initiatives. Hair 180one space° is a multi-ethnic hair care line infused with certified organic ingredients to foster healthy hair without the use of parabens, silicones, sulfates, petroleum or harsh alcohols.
