CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools is honoring seven standout educators for their work in the classroom. This week, WCCB News Rising is featuring all seven CMS Teacher of the Year finalists. Monday’s interview highlighted the work of Willie Brooks, Language Arts teacher at James Martin Middle School and Brad Baker, Civics and Economics teacher at Hough High School.
