BOONE, N.C. — ASU Police and High Country Crime Stoppers are looking for a man who assaulted a female at 1:30 a.m. Saturday.
The suspect is described as a white male with blond crew cut hair.
The non-student female says she was struck in the back of the head causing her to fall onto the pavement face first. The assault happened on Hill Street near the John Thomas building.
The woman was taken to Watauga Medical Center ER by Watauga Medics with injuries from the fall.
