Concord Man Arrested For Firing Shots From AR-15 Rifle During Road Rage Incident

HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — A road rage incident turned violent Wednesday evening in Huntersville.  

Police say Bradley Mahdinec fired shots from an AR-15 rifle at a man’s vehicle during a traffic altercation on Davidson Concord Road.  

The victim followed Mahdinec’s vehicle while he had a 911 dispatcher on the line.  Huntersville police located the suspect’s vehicle on Old Statesville Road and took Mahdinec into custody.  

He has been charged with assault with a deadly weapon.  No one was injured in the shooting.
