CHESTER COUNTY, S.C. — Fredrick Johnson, 34, was hit and killed while walking in the eastbound lane of SC 9 around 4 a.m. on Sunday.
Robbie Kennedy of Edgemoor, was driving a 2004 Ford SUV traveling east when Johnson, traveling west, was hit head on.
The accident happened about 2.3 miles west of Richburg. No charges are being filed.
