The team announced Tuesday they officially changed their name from the Charlotte Bobcats to the Charlotte Hornets. Β
The new logo will begin to appear at Time Warner Cable Arena and around Charlotte. Β The cost of changing the logo will be in the millions. Β The new logo was released in December. Β
