CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Three people were injured in a shooting that happened Tuesday morning in north Charlotte. Β
Police say they responded to the shooting on Durham Lane just after 11 a.m. Β MEDIC transported one person to a local hospital. Β
A short time later, two additional victims were located. Β All three people are expected to survive. Β No one has been arrested for this time. Β
Charlotte-Mecklenburg School officials placed Ranson Middle School on lockdown for 15 minutes while police checked the area for suspects. Β Check back for updates.
