CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Three workers were taken to the hospital Friday morning when a temporary scaffold fell outside the Sheraton Hotel in uptown Charlotte.
A gust of wind apparently blew down the scaffold that was being used for hotel renovations. Two workers had minor injuries, a third worker had more serious injuries. NC OSHA is investigating.
