An Electrical Fire To Blame For ‘Hall House’ Apartment Damage

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — An accidental electrical fire caused nearly $30,000 worth of damage to “Hall House,” an apartment high-rise at 426 N. Tryon St.

One to two units were effected in the fire and no injuries were reported.Β 

Firefighters arrived just before 3:30 am and the last one cleared the scene just after 7 a.m.

The Volunteer Disaster Action Team of the American Red Cross responded to the Apartment Fire to provide relief assistance for First Responders.Β 

The city of Charlotte was responsible for providing temporary housing for the tenants.
