Sterling is also dropping his lawsuit against the NBA. Β Sterling, his estranged wife, and the league have reportedly agreed to sell the team to former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer for $2 billion. Β Two doctors reportedly deemed Sterling mentally incapacitated last week.
