LOS ANGELES, CA — Donald Sterling will not contest the sale of the Los Angeles Clippers. That’s the word Wednesday from the billionaire’s attorney.
Sterling is also dropping his lawsuit against the NBA. Sterling, his estranged wife, and the league have reportedly agreed to sell the team to former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer for $2 billion. Two doctors reportedly deemed Sterling mentally incapacitated last week.
