STANLY COUNTY, N.C. — Brandon Foster, 22 of Albemarle, was arrested on Friday after raping a 21 year old woman.
Foster was charged with second degree forcible rape, second degree sexual offense and sexual battery.
Foster was placed under $100,000 secured bond and taken into custody at the Stanly County Detention Center.
Fosters court date is scheduled for June 23 at the Stanly County District Court.
