Residents called the cops after they noticed Linville Wiles looking in their windows at the College Place Apartments. Β One victim claims Wiles was making sexual gestures at her 2-year-old daughter. Β
Another victim confronted Wiles. Β He responded by trying to sell the victim a food stamp card. Β Police located Wiles a short time later. Β
He has been charged with secret peeping and attempted to sell a food stamp card. Β
