CHARLOTTE, N.C. –Police arrested a man for raping a child in Taylorsville.
Police charged James Fenton Leatham, 30, with 6 counts of first degree statutory rape of a child and 6 counts of indecent liberties with a child. The victim is 9-years-old.
Leatham was arrested and placed on a $500,000 bond.
