Β GASTONIA, N.C. — It was emotional for some at Hunter Hess High School Saturday morning where the class of 2014 graduated without classmate Brandon McCall.
McCall was shot and killed in November on West Garrison Boulevard.
Family and friends gathered in memory of McCall today and a memorial was set up on the side of the road.
McCall’s parents attended the 9 a.m. graduation ceremony and were called up on stage to get McCall’s diploma.
