BALLANTYNE, NC — Two Charlotte firefighters received discipline for a crash that totaled a firetruck in Ballantyne.
Investigators say speeding caused the wreck at Audrey Kell and Bridge Hampton roads last month.
Four firefighters had minor injuries.The department suspended the driver without pay for one week and an on board captain without pay for two weeks.
