Β HICKORY, N.C. — David Jennings was arrested Monday and charged with manufacturing a controlled substance of what officers say appeared to be Methamphetamine in a 20-ounce bottle.
Records show that Jennings is homeless.Β
Police were called to the 300 block or LR Boulevard at 7 p.m. on a report of drug violations in a wooded area when they found Jennings.Β
David Jennings was also charged with misdemeanor failure to appear and received no bond.Β
Hickory Police stayed at the scene until the N.C. State Bureau of Investigation arrived to properly dispose of the materials.
