Fans say soccer fever is alive in the Queen City. Β Β “Charlotte’s up and coming in the soccer community, you know? Β MLS needs to check us out, put a team here,” said south Charlotte resident Zach Noller.Β “There’s a lot of soccer fans in Charlotte. Β People get crazy for it.”
The U.S. team will next play Portugal on Sunday.
