CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Officials have released surveillance footage from the Kenan Gay trial. Gay was found not guilty in the death of Robert Kingston.
Gay confronted Kingston inside Ed’s Tavern on Park Road after Kingston allegedly tried to kiss Gay’s girlfriend. Gay is accused of pushing Kingston out the door. Kingston was then hit and killed by a vehicle.
Gay was acquitted on all charges in the case. The surveillance footage was used in court as evidence in the trial.
