CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A Georgia man is trying to defend his innocence as he faces a murder charge for leaving his toddler in a hot car Thursday.
The 22-month-old was strapped in their car seat for about eight hours when the dad forgot to drop him off at day care and walked into work.
