TEGA CAY, S.C. — A Fort Mill teenager was arrested for running through Walmart wearing nothing but a Speedo.
Houston Vandiver, 17, told police he lost a bet with a friend and had to run through Walmart in Tega Cay with only his spandex undies.
Several people complained to the store manager. Vandiver was charged with disorderly conduct.
