MILTON, Vt. — A Vermont man convinced his girlfriend to jump off a cliff during a bear attack while on a camping trip.
The problem though, there was never a bear.
Investigators say the two were high on molly and were hallucinating.
The man then dragged the woman nearly a mile looking for help. She has a punctured lung.
The man is being charged with attempted murder.
