HARNETT COUNTY, NC — Five people are facing charges, accused of being part of a child porn ring that operated out of a daycare in Harnett County.  The accused ring leader is a convicted sex offender.

Bailey Mills is accused of running the operation from his home near Sanford.  His wife Elizabeth faces exploitation and indecent liberties charges.

Investigators also arrested three men in connection to the porn ring.  Rashawn Jackson and Tommy Wall are charged with sex offenses.  Sgt. First Class Jordan Busse, a soldier at Fort Bragg, is accused of talking with a 12-year-old girl in a chat room Bailey Mills created.

“Very disturbing,” said Detective Brad Byrd of the Harnett County Sheriff’s Department.  “As I go through all the evidence, I see everything that’s happened to these children.  It’s heartbreaking.”

Investigators say there are at least 10 victims, ranging in age from 1 to 14.  Bailey Mills is accused of offering some of the girls money to have sex with men he found on social media sites.
