CHARLOTTE, NC — It’s been 18 days since Bianca Tanner was reported missing by her boyfriend, Angelo Grayson Smith, Junior. She is presumed dead. And Smith is on the run.
CMPD has a warrant for his arrest on one charge of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.
Meantime, the Go Fund Me page set up to help Tanner’s family with costs associated with the investigation is nearing $2,400 dollars.
