CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Rachel McCoy who was wanted on outstanding warrants for interfering with an electronic monitoring device and burglary earlier this month, has been arrested.
McCoy was court ordered to wear an electronic monitoring device during pretrial release for burglary and larceny offenses.
The device was activated on May 29 and McCoy cut the device off on June 14.
