CHICAGO, Ill. — Angelo Smith, boyfriend of missing Bianca Tanner, had a court hearing Saturday at 11 a.m.
CMPD Detectives were in Chicago with Smith.
Smith was picked up by the US Marshals Thursday just outside of Chicago.
CMPD issued a warrant for Smith’s arrest on Monday for one charge of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.
It is unknown if Smith will be extradited to Charlotte or remain in Chicago for another hearing.
Smith reported girlfriend Bianca Tanner missing June 8 and is the last one to see her alive.
