CHICAGO, IL — Police have released a new mug shot of Angelo Grayson Smith, Jr. The Charlotte man will face a judge in Chicago Saturday. He’s the boyfriend of missing teacher Bianca Tanner. US Marshals picked him up Thursday just outside Chicago.
CMPD issued a warrant for Smith’s arrest on Monday for one charge of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. He has a bond hearing Saturday, where he will also either waive or fight extradition.
Smith reported Tanner missing on June 8. He’s the last person to see her alive. CMPD is calling the case a homicide, but have not named Smith a suspect.
