CHARLOTTE, N.C. — CMPD is investigating a shooting that happened on the 2800 block of South Tryon Street Saturday night.
One person was shot in the face and taken to CMC.
CMPD says it was an accidental shooting by a family member. The suspect was taken in for questioning but was not charged.
No names have been released.
